We now offer free, local delivery in Parker, Colorado! This includes all currently in-stock merchandise.  Simply select Free Local Pickup at checkout.  Your order will be delivered Sunday morning between 11:30 & 12:30.

For online orders, we do our best to provide the most competitive shipping rates available.  Your item will be shipped with care and as quickly as possible.  Due to the current world health pandemic, we apologize for any delays outside of our control.


*During this time, we are not accepting returns due to Covid-19.  We are happy to offer a replacement for any defective or damaged items.  Purchaser will be required to show proof of damage by providing a photo to the seller.  Please email us at for any replacement orders or issues with an item.

Our return policy lasts 30 days.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of items are exempt from being returned.  Perishable goods such as food, tea, newspapers, and magazines cannot be returned.  Additional non-returnable items are gift cards, downloadable items, and books with obvious signs of use.

To complete a return, we require a receipt (emailed or printed) or proof of purchase.

Refunds in Person

Refunds in person will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Refunds by Mail

If your purchase was made online, you can make a refund by mail.  Purchaser will be responsible for shipping fees and original shipping fees will not be refunded.  To start this process, please email us at so that we can assist you.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  Please fully review the section above regarding return eligibility and non-returnable items before sending an item back in.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  

Items received through must be returned directly to them.  Either follow the directions on your packing slip to process directly through, or email us at so that we can assist you with this process.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is posted.

Sales Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will email you shipping instructions.


If the item was marked a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.  If the purchase was made online, a gift certificate will be mailed to you once the return is received.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

Shipping a Return

To return your product you should notify us of your intent to return at and we will email shipping instructions to you promptly.  

You will responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged products to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
